Installing a package in Python on Windows, if you get this error message:
pip fatal error in launcher: unable to create process using'"'
Bring up your interactive Python command prompt. Type “python” or “python3” in the Terminal window, depending on which version you are using for the project. You should see the python command prompt “>>>”.
>>>import pip >>>pip.main(['install','PACKAGE_NAME'])
(Replace PACKAGE_NAME with the name of the package you want to install.)
You should be good to go.
